Arts Community

Chelsea is rich with art! CHARCOLL, or Chelsea Artists’ Collaborative, is a non-profit group that sponsors Chelsea’s annual Art Walk, a community-wide event that invites the public to visit galleries and alternative venues showing art, music, theatre, and historical exhibits for free.
