Combined Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management firm in Greater Boston, today announced that it has acquired a 6,100 SF office/flex building located at 46 Arlington Street in Chelsea, MA.

Built in 1935, the building was renovated in 1998 to accommodate office use on both the first and second floor. The building’s interior features exposed brick, high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, skylights, arched windows, and multiples offices/conference rooms between the two floors. Steele Canvas Basket Renews Lease and Doubles its Footprint of First Class Office Space to 36,634 SF

Combined Properties Inc, a full-service real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce that Steele Canvas Basket recently renewed its lease of first class office and manufacturing space at 201 Williams Street in Chelsea. In doing so, Steele Canvas Basket expanded its footprint from 23,634 square feet to 36,634 square feet. Combined Properties is overseeing the expansion into the additional space.

Steele Canvas Basket, established in 1921, manufactures products for both industry and the home, specializing in canvas and polyethylene baskets (bins), trucks (buggies), hampers, and canvas bags. The company has been at its 201 Williams Street location since 1986 and is one of the building’s major tenants.
